Hide un assign option for a normal users

Show restaurant name in login screen

Hide some option, available in hot key

Hide unauthorised button in dashboard for a normal users

Not require to tick Home Delivery option and to fill Delivery boy name for customer name to print in bill.

bill also Search customer detail by entering mobile number in Kot bill.

Added Hotkeys in delete menu item and inventory items
