New Feature:

1. Add Sales/Tax Summary: Consolidated Report of Sales / Tax Summary

2. Transfer of Table: If guest change his table, you can transfer from one to another.

3. Select Date Range on single click in Item Sales Summary.

4. Resolved some bugs
